LED Strip Prices in Hong Kong: What You Actually Pay Per Metre
| Product | HKD per metre |
|---|---|
| Bare LED Strip | 72 |
| COB LED Strip | 96 |
| Neon Flex 1010 | 126 |
Same rate for everyone. No minimum order. Delivery HK$180 / 380 / 580 by order value, or free on your own SF Express account. Dispatched in 5 working days up to 150 m. Hong Kong and Macau.
Most lighting suppliers in Hong Kong will not tell you what a metre of LED strip costs until you send an enquiry, wait two days, and get a PDF with your company name on it. That works fine if you are placing one large order a year. It works badly if you are pricing a cost plan on Thursday afternoon and the tender closes Monday.
This page lists our rates. They are the same rates for everyone, they are on the website, and you do not need to speak to anyone to use them.
Current per-metre rates
| Product | HKD per metre |
|---|---|
| Bare LED Strip | 72 |
| COB LED Strip | 96 |
| Neon Flex 1010 | 126 |
These are the prices for every colour temperature option, every wattage option, and every length we stock. There is no volume discount tier and there is no minimum order. One metre costs the same per metre as three hundred metres.
That last point is deliberate. Volume pricing sounds generous until you are the one who needs eight metres for a reception desk and gets quoted a small order surcharge.
What is included
The per-metre price covers the strip cut to your specified length, tested, bagged and labelled. It does not cover delivery, which is charged separately below.
Accessories. Aluminium channel and end caps are available for Neon Flex 1010 only, charged per piece rather than per metre. They are listed in the add-on section of the Neon Flex product page. Because they are counted as pieces, they do not add to your metre total and they do not push the order into the longer lead-time band. We do not supply channel for Bare LED Strip or COB LED Strip.
Drivers and controllers are not supplied. Most contractors and M&E consultants already have a preferred driver brand, and matching a driver to a project belongs with whoever is doing the electrical design, not with the strip supplier.
Delivery charges
| Order subtotal (HKD) | Delivery (HKD) |
|---|---|
| Using your own SF Express account | 0 |
| Under 3,500 | 180 |
| 3,500 – 11,999 | 380 |
| 12,000 and above | 580 |
Three tiers, published, no surprises. The reason for a flat structure rather than calculated freight is straightforward: if you are pricing a job you need the delivery figure before you order, not after. A rate that changes with every configuration cannot go into a cost plan.
If you already run an SF Express monthly account, supply the account number at checkout and we will ship on it at no charge from us.
We deliver to Hong Kong and Macau.
Lead times
| Order size | Working days |
|---|---|
| 1 – 150 metres | 5 |
| 151 – 500 metres | 10 |
Five hundred metres is the maximum single order. Lead time runs from confirmed payment, not from when you place the order in the basket.
Maximum single length
Bare LED Strip and Neon Flex 1010 are supplied cut to your specified length. COB LED Strip is supplied in reels of up to 5 metres, in 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 metre lengths, so a longer run is made up of several lengths joined on site. Worth checking against your drawing before you order.
Worked examples
40 metres of Bare LED Strip:
40 m x HKD 72 = HKD 2,880
Delivery (under 3,500) = HKD 180
─────────
Total HKD 3,06090 metres of Neon Flex 1010:
90 m x HKD 126 = HKD 11,340
Delivery (3,500-11,999) = HKD 380
──────────
Total HKD 11,720Note the second example sits just under the 12,000 threshold. If the run grew to 96 metres the subtotal would cross into the top delivery tier. Worth knowing when you are trimming a budget.
Why we publish prices at all
The honest answer is that it removes work from both sides.
A quotation process exists to let a supplier price each customer differently. That is rational, and it is also the reason the process is slow. Every enquiry needs someone to read it, judge it, and decide what to charge. That someone costs money, and the cost ends up in the price.
We removed the someone. There are no sales calls, no quotation process and no minimum order. The trade-off is that we cannot do bespoke work, we cannot beat a competitor's number on request, and we cannot take a 2,000-metre order. If your project needs any of those things we are not the right supplier and you should not waste an afternoon finding out.
If your project needs a known rate, in stock, delivered in five working days, without a phone call — that is the whole product.
Full specifications for all three products are on the individual product pages, with PDF spec sheets for submittal binders.
